"Katy's place was a fantastic stay for our first time in the Outer Banks! We enjoyed the screened-in porch (lots of privacy with the tree right in front) and the rooftop. Easy walk to the beach and loved that we could use the beach chairs. Great location near a ton of restaurants and Katy's food recommendations were super helpful! Would definitely stay here again!"
