Perfect for families looking for an easy, relaxing beach getaway!
The beach cottage comes with all essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking or guests can use the grill on the side porch. Linens and towels are included. All TVs are equipped with Roku boxes and 40+ channels to live stream. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the house. Desk for remote working. For a fun family night in, guests can find various games and puzzles. A full-size washer and dryer are available downstairs. In addition to house essentials, guests will also have access to beach necessities, e.g., beach chairs, bodyboards, etc.
Those looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy their morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail or sunset can access the rooftop deck, which includes a beach view. "Katy's place was a fantastic stay for our first time in the Outer Banks! We enjoyed the screened-in porch (lots of privacy with the tree right in front) and the rooftop. Easy walk to the beach and loved that we could use the beach chairs. Great location near a ton of restaurants and Katy's food recommendations were super helpful! Would definitely stay here again!"
